EMBODY YOUR MUSIC CLASS

Do you own your music or does it own you? Learn how to embody your program and perform with confidence using specialized visualization techniques by Energy Mindset Coach, Christi Powell. This class free will teach you to use specific visualization techniques on and off the ice to get in the ideal mindset to perform. Skaters must pay for the freestyle ice time at the front desk when arriving at Line Creek Ice Arena.

Christi Powell is the owner of The Confident Project. Based in Chicago, she teaches athletes one-on-one and in groups on how to be confident as a person first and an athlete second.
