Grant Availability
Road to Gold Gives Back, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to removing obstacles that hinder the involvement of clubs and athletes in figure skating. Our overarching mission is to promote inclusivity and enhance accessibility within the sport through the provision of crucial support.
Road to Gold Gives Back (R2GGB) allocates funds and equipment to the R2GGB Grant Program, dedicated to offering assistance for the training requirements of figure skaters aged 18 and below. Priority is given to grants benefiting individuals or figure skating clubs in underserved communities. Allocations are not determined by skill level or competitive background.
The grants provide youth athletes (those under 18 years of age) with equipment that may be used for a variety of training needs.
We currently have two pairs of Aura SKY50 boots available, along with blades, which will be provided free of charge from Aura Skates and MK John Wilson blades .The only potential expenses are retailer services such as fitting, heat-fitting, mounting, or sharpening. The Aura SKY50 is an excellent choice for skaters developing their skills, especially those working on single axels and double jumps making it a great fit for many athletes.
